I was so pleased seeing that all the choices we had discussed regarding the colour of the linens and style of chairs married together so well. There were so many compliments from the guests regarding the venue and enquiries asking how I came across it. The Venue 28 team were also immensely accommodating to myself and our guests.
Some details that really stood out to me were the effort and personal touches made to the bridal suite to ensure I felt really special whilst getting ready, the venue providing smaller, spare tables for the cake table and desert table , the venue providing an extra empty space for the guests who needed to pray and the team being super supportive to my father whose car unfortunately broke down on the day.
Please also relay a huge thank you to Tania and the doorman on the day for being such good sports for the scavenger hunt! I didn't manage to get a chance on the day to discuss the game with them but thankfully they were on board regardless. Our guests had a really good time participating with the help of them both.

You’re professional, friendly, really listened to what we wanted, you went over and beyond to help us get what was needed to be done to make my brother’s mehndi amazing. You worked really well with the catering company. Your front of house team on the day were so welcoming to our guests, they helped with any issue that came up from finding a room for some of us to get changed into our outfits, to finding a quiet room for one of our guests to breast feed & offered a fan as the room didn’t have air conditioning, you resolved the lighting issue we had, helped us with storage, outside seating. The list goes on. Yes it’s part of your job blah blah blah but there’s doing your job & then there’s doing your job with a smile & being 100% genuine & going further to understand the wants, needs & vision the clients want.
It was the first time all our guests had ever seen Venue 28. All our guests & suppliers had nothing but praise about the facilities, the hall, the staff.
We will all be 100% recommending you to many people. Since the party I have had 3 people ask for your details to book events or to work with you as a supplier.
