“I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service we received during my daughters birthday party on Sunday.

From the initial planning stages and communication to the day of the event, every aspect was superbly handled. The main hall room looked absolutely magical with the fairy lights, adding a special touch that everyone loved. The assistance provided in setting up and the convenient parking near the entrance made everything so smooth and easy. The security guard was AMAZING! Thank you so much!!!

I cannot praise the staff enough for their helpfulness and professionalism. Your support ensured that everything flowed brilliantly, allowing all the guests to have a fantastic time. Many parents commented on how lovely the venue was, and I made sure to them how wonderful and accommodating the staff had been.

I highly recommend your venue for future parties and events. Everyone involved demonstrated such kindness and professionalism, making it a truly memorable day for my daughter and all our guests.

“We had our wedding celebration at Venue 28 on Saturday 4th May 2024, and WOW! My first interaction with the venue staff was amazing. Lauren and Crystal were so incredibly helpful the whole way through the planning process. They both had so much patience and time with my numerous emails and questions! I can be a bit much at times, but never for them.

Paul showed us around on our initial visit and he was so accommodating and answered every additional question we had and his friendly personality helped seal the deal. Fast forward to the actual day and what an absolute legend he was! Our day ran like a well oiled machine and nothing was too much. It was such a relief to have someone so professional but at the same time friendly and approachable take over when the alcohol took over us.

Massive shout out to the bar staff, especially Jade!!! You guys kept up with all the drink requests and never left anyone waiting and always had a welcoming smile on your face when serving.

The venue itself is such an incredible large space. It is modern and provides a neutral blank canvas to work with. Our vision was an enchanted magical Forest and that it was!!!! We were able to have a dance floor and band still with plenty of space available. Hopefully the pictures allow you to imagine the space if you are planning an event at Venue 28.

To the owner of Venue 28, your staff are an absolute credit to you!
